- ezParties.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States via UPS or FedEx or USPS. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO destinations are sent via USPS only. APO/FPO addresses will incur a $1 processing fee We do not ship international locations. which includes U.S. Territories - Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. - ezParties.com guarantees all unused, unopened or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise. Shipping, discontinued themes and custom printed items are non-refundable. Simply email us at sales@ezParties.com for detailed return instructions and to receive your return authorization number (RA #). No orders will be accepted for return without this RA #. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. ezParties.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Express shipping options are available by emailing: sales@ezparties.com Balloon FAQ's Foil Balloons: 18" and larger sized mylar/foil balloons have self-sealing valves and do not require the use of a heat sealer. Do not put helium in non-valved balloons smaller than 18" (air fill only). All balloons come deflated. Certain foil balloons cannot float in a high altitude. Do you carry other themes or products? ezParties.com offers one of the largest selection of children's party themes. We stock over 130 themed party packages. We carry most items in stock. Occassionally we may be temporarilly out of stock of an item.
